From November 2026 to January 2027, we’re holding four free one-day conferences across the UK for people affected by EGFR positive lung cancer.

The events will be a chance to hear from healthcare professionals, learn more about EGFR positive lung cancer, ask questions and meet others with similar experiences.

Please be aware that some sessions may include discussion of diagnosis, treatment, disease progression and other aspects of living with lung cancer.

Johnson & Johnson provided a grant towards the cost of the 2026 Regional Conference series but had no input into the content.

Tickets

Tickets are free, but in-person places are limited.

These conferences are for people aged 18 and over.

Each booking is for one person affected by EGFR positive lung cancer, with the option to add one support person if needed. Please note that if you do bring an additional person you must book a ticket for them as well - so you’ll need 2 tickets.

If an in-person event is full, you will be able to join the waiting list.

For our hybrid events in Glasgow and London, you can still register to attend online if the in-person event is full. If you join the waiting list for an in-person place, please keep the date free as spaces may become available closer to the event.

Travel support

People attending in person can claim travel costs based on actual expenditure, up to £50 per person attending the event (your support person/guest can also claim this if you are bringing one).

This does not include food, accommodation or other expenses.

If the cost of attending would prevent you from coming, exceptional requests can be considered by the Charity Trustees.

Accessibility and dietary requirements

When you book, you can tell us about any dietary requirements, food allergies, accessibility requirements or other support needs so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
