Member Conferences 2026/27

From November 2026 to January 2027, we’re holding four free one-day conferences across the UK for people affected by EGFR positive lung cancer.

The events will be a chance to hear from healthcare professionals, learn more about EGFR positive lung cancer, ask questions and meet others with similar experiences.

Tickets

Tickets are free, but in-person places are limited.

Each booking is for one person affected by EGFR positive lung cancer, with the option to add one support person if needed.

If an in-person event is full, you will be able to join the waiting list.

For our hybrid events in Glasgow and London, you can still register to attend online if the in-person event is full. If you join the waiting list for an in-person place, please keep the date free as spaces may become available closer to the event.

Travel support

People attending in person can claim travel costs based on actual expenditure, up to £50 per person attending the event.

This does not include food, accommodation or other expenses.

If the cost of attending would prevent you from coming, exceptional requests can be considered by the Charity Trustees.

Accessibility and dietary requirements

When you book, you can tell us about any dietary requirements, food allergies, accessibility requirements or other support needs so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Booking for Cardiff, Manchester and London will follow.
