One-Day Conferences

From September 2025 to January 2026, we’re hosting four free one-day conferences across the UK for people living with EGFR-positive lung cancer.

Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are in treatment, or supporting someone who is, these days are about connection, knowledge, and empowerment.

We are a patient-powered community committed to transforming the lives of those affected by EGFR+ lung cancer - supporting, connecting, and informing people so they can live well with and beyond cancer.

FORMAT

What’s Covered for You

  • Travel Grant: £50 per ticket holder to ease your travel expenses, to be claimed on the day and processed during the event.

  • Meals: Welcome refreshments, mid-morning coffee break, hot lunch and mid afternoon refreshments provided (any food allergy details will be collected at the time of booking).

Cancellation

Please only book if you're confident you can attend, as each seat represents a significant investment in delivering this event. We do have limited capacity and each confirmed booking helps us prepare appropriately. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to join us.

To cancel - simply open your order confirmation email and click on “view and manage your order”. You’ll then need to enter your email address and on the next screen you’ll be able to select “cancel my order”.

  • Anyone in the UK living with EGFR-positive lung cancer, and one guest - such as a partner, family member, or friend.

  • Updates from oncologists and nurse specialists, a chance to meet others who understand, and practical ideas to support daily life.

  • We are offering a £50 travel grant per person. You’ll receive it on the day of the event and do not need to supply receipts or proof of travel costs.
